We've made an update to BiocCheck to minimize these false positives.
Please use BiocCheck version >= 1.29.16 which should propagate in a
day or so.

I don't see the error when running `BiocCheck::BiocCheck()` on my end
(InterCellar version 1.1.0).
I am using Bioc devel 3.14 and R 4.1.1.
