I'm trying to fix a little error in the TarSeqQC plot method using the GitHub repositories. I found the instructions for existing package maintenance here (https://bioconductor.org/developers/how-to/git/ maintain-bioc-only/), so I generated an SSH key and then added it to my Git profile (user=gamer
