I fixed some Github stuffs, related to the generation of token for the authentication, and now I can communicate with the DaMiRseq package at https://github.com/BioinfoMonzino/DaMiRseq (origin master); however, I got again the same (connection) problem when I try to push/pull with git.biocondu
