The package landing page badges have undergone a few updates over the last few
days.
There has been the addition of an updated badge reflecting the last commit date
that can have values of today, < 1 week, < 1 month, < 3 months, since release,
before release.
The workflows now have badges for build, download, and updated.
The downloads badge has been updated to reflect a ranking based on number of
downloads. So a badge in software would be 1/1676 for the top most downloaded
package and 1676/1676 for the package with the fewest numnber of dowonloads.
