I don't know if you got the attachment in my previous email. It contains all DTD
files, sample xml and my simple blastparser file. If not, please check this one
out. I don't think DTD or sample xml has problem because they work for my parser.

I did this once for an EMBL contig file. From memory I called the file EMBLAssemble :)
The only problem is that you have to make available all the other Genbank or EMBL
records that are referenced. I also found quite a few errors in the syntax of the join
