[Biojava-l] Java 1.5 (final chance to object)

Hello - No one seemed to object to the idea of officially adopting java 1.5 for the biojava-live branch. This would mean ... biojava-live would require java1.5 generics, unboxing and other language features added in 1.5 will start to creep into the codebase. all 'official' and 'preview' releas
