The Gyandromorph Rose-breasted Grosbeak was being seen coming to the feeder
until dark tonight. Approx 7.30 was the latest time.

few days ago at least I reckon it's interesting as an FYI for the large
number of TO birders (apologies to northern Ontarians but ravens are always

This morning at our Old Cut field station, I observed a Yellow-throated
Warbler in the woods by the parking lot across from the station. I
watched it for a few moments before it flew off to the west. A search
for an hour of the area up and down Old Cut Blvd. failed to turn up any
more sightings
Hello Ontbirders:
Following Jacques Bouvier's report yesterday of two Ross's Geese at the
Alfred sewage Lagoons among 2,000 Snow Geese, I visited the lagoons this
morning. The 2,000 Snow Geese were down to about 200, but luckily, the two
adult white form Ross's Geese were still there and q
It is still breezy from the south-west. There are lots of birds to look at
throughout the Park. Another great day to bird.
At the tip a number of birds taking part in a "reverse migration". Involved
were Scarlet Tanager, Indigo Bunting, Goldfinch, Cedar Waxwing, Baltimore
and Orchard Oriole, Bobo
