RIdeau Tennis Club, I was unable to locate the male Barrow's Goldeneye. There
was one male Common Goldeneye and several females, plus about seven Hooded
Mergansers.

Today we found 15 Bohemian Waxwings in an ornamental crabapple tree by 35
Meadow Heights Dr. in Bracebridge. A flock of 30 was reported yesterday by
David Goodyear on the same street. Common Redpolls and Evening Grosbeaks have
also been seen in the neighbourhood recently.

As I was driving into Leamington, I noted a single Cattle Egret flying
northwest over the bridge at northwest Hillman Marsh Conservation Area around 1
pm Sunday afternoon.
Hillman Marsh is located about 5 km east of the town of Leamington in
southwestern Ontario.
