Hi Ontbirders,
This afternoon, 8 April, at 3:15 PM Debbie Campbell and I observed the
Ross's Goose on the Moodie Drive Pond along with well over a thousand Canada
Geese. I have never seen as many geese on the ponds. We observed it for
about fifteen minutes before we lost it. We left the area a

Prior to the arrival of this recent "winter wallop", the first days
of April provided local birders with some good weather and good birds. On
April 1st Craig Corcoran observed an early OSPREY along Ravenshoe Road in SW
Keswick. What is likely the same bird was reported on subsequent days
