Dave and Linda have found an imm. Frigatebird, identified as Magnificent, at
the end of Clearville Road, sitting in a tree along the shore of Lake Erie. The
bird was very well seen, including white head and chest, long hooked

The Frigatebird is currently being seen on Rodeau's outer point.
This could only be seen by boat or by hiking the South Point Trail to its
terminus and hiking west along the lake Erie shoreline. It is perched high in a
poplar. About halfway to Erieau along the beach.

As reported by Andrew, the Frigatebird is currently being seen on Rodeau's
outer point.
It can be seen from the harbour entrance at Erieau looking straight across
to the southern tip, then working north perhaps 300-500 metres to the first
large clump of po plars. It's perched high on the right sid
Bill Lindley just called to tell me that the bird is still being seen at 6:20
pm at Erieau pier at the end of Mariners Rd.
