A Ross's Goose has been seen by us in Welland Canal just north of the Jackknife Bridge off Barber Road in Port Colborne Jan.24th am and today at 9:30 am. The bird is resting with a group of Canada Geese along water's edge or swimming nearby. Confirmed with better view today and photo

[Ontbirds] Ottawa Barrow's Goldeneye

4 Barrow's Goldeneyes spotted moments ago on Lodge Road in Barrhaven (2 females, 2 males). Visited 4184 looking for the grey partridges, none were spotted. I did however see a flick of about 15 snow buntings. They landed in the driveway and quickly flew off. Happy birding! Karine
