[Ontbirds] Eastern Towhee, Eglinton Flats Park Toronto

Hello, On Saturday, April 19 at 4 in the afternoon I spotted an Eastern Towhee male rummaging noisily among dead leaves for three hours. Two White-Throated Sparrows (white-stripped form) were also present. Birding at Eglinton Flats since 1999, this is my first sighting of an Eastern Towhee. D

Birders, The bird is present in the backyard at 6494 19th Line. Previously reported as going to the feeders, today it appeared in the yard at 8:50 Am and did not go to feeders but rather just flew about the yard. It liked the crabapple tree near the house and feeders. Photos obtained. Directions

[Ontbirds] Pure white raptor near Woodslee, ON (NW of Pelee)

Yesterday, on the way back from Pelee, I had a pure white bird sitting in a farmer's field. Definitely a raptor of some sort. It flew off as I turned around to try to see it better. I caught a pic of it flying away. When it perched, way off in the distance, I thought I saw bright yellow feet. Seem
