Yesterday, morning, at 7:45 a.m., I saw a lone Snowy Owl flying low over
Holland Marsh area north of Toronto, just west of Highway 400 and just north of
highway 9. It was no longer there around 4:45 p.m.

Male Barrow's Goldeneye is being seen on the St. Clair River North of
Sombra. It is associating with a flock of approx. 20 Common Goldeneye.
Was still there at 13:30 hrs upon departing. Best area to view bird would

Our little Cape May Warbler is still going strong, even after the frigid
temperatures of last night. He arrived as usual at 7.30 this morning to warm up
in his heated shelter, and start eating his cut up grapes, suet and crushed
peanuts!

Yesterday at 3:00 Margaret Bain and I found the Painted Bunting alive and
well at the feeder on the right side of 1 Arkendo.
