Andrew Keaveney just refound the Lark Sparrow. Best to park on Villiers south
of Lake Shore off Don Roadway. It's closer to Don Roadway than Carlaw. It's
through fence to north of railway tracks near FirstGulf trailer.

Took 45 and 5 observers but just re-found it. Bird is on a private gravel
roadway inside a barbed fenced off industrial property. Well viewed from
railbed access on north side of Lakeshore. This is about 250m east of Don
Roadway.
No need to trespass!
Phone died in cold!

The bird of the week was a GREAT CORMORANT, seen by a small group from

The fall bird migration at Presqu'ile Provincial Park has effectively
ground to a halt. The interesting sightings of the past week consist
mainly of birds that should have left by now. Some of them may still
move further south, but others will likely remain to attempt to winter
