Posting on behalf of David Pryor who just found a Dickcissel at Sam Smith (roughly 8:30am). The bird was seen perched near Whimbrel Point and is yet to be relocated after an initial 15 minute search. David also had a Parasitic Jaeger fly right over the point earlier in the morning. Sam
