Seen at 11:45 am this morning on the EAST side of Huff Road and in the extreme south east corner of the muddy field immediately south of the barns and sheds, where there is a pooling of water. Sitting on top of a fence post preening. Photographed. Huff Road was exceptionally quiet and still.

The Ruff (Reeve) is in the centre of the southern most cell at nonquon. Note: a pass is required to get in and can be purchased at the waste management site in Reach street they won’t be open again until Tuesday. Sewage Lagoons are located in Port Perry - please see attachment for instrucations
