For those who missed this smart looking hybrid duck last winter, it has returned to the same open area of water as last winter. Photos attached to eBird checklist
https://ebird.org/view/checklist/S52891777 Directions: from HWY 401 in Trenton, take exit 525 north on Cty Rd 33 for 9 km to the village of Frankford. The duck is with 140-150 other Common Goldeneye's, north of the bridge. For viewing: a few private/ public parking lots occur on the west side of the river, while on the east side of the river there is a public lift lock road which is accessible from a turn off on top of the bridge. It's best to view the area on Google maps before making a trip here.
