Cinnamon Teal continues in the second cell.
Directions: From Hwy 40, turn west on Smith Line West. The lagoon are on the
south side just before the train tracks.

The participant of the Saturday and Sunday OFO trips to the Bruce Peninsula

Just a heads up for those chasing this bird. A number of us were asked to leave
by one of the municipal workers. Enter at your own risk!
The Cinnamon Teal was present until a few minutes ago, when most of the teal
flushed after the worker drove around the lagoons in his truck, but it may
return
April 21 east of Burk’s Falls in a flooded section of North Creek there was a
pair of Gadwall.
Also in this flooded field there was a very good assortment of newly arrived
duck species, Black, Mallard, Green-winged Teal, Ring-necked Duck, approx. 12
N. Pintail , Hooded Merganser, a pair of N. Sh
Seems like stuff isn't getting posted.
The Cinnamon Teal, found yesterday by the Boumans, at the Sombra Sewage
lagoons was still present this am, per eBird.
No word on whether the hybrid Cinnamon X ??? Teal is present north of
Hillman Marsh this morning.

flooded field in Port Franks, ON.
To get to the field from HWY 402, take ON 21 North past Forest, past Kettle
Point. ON 21 gets named Lakeshore Rd past Kettle Point. The flooded field is

Yesterday April 21st I birded the Toronto Islands and the birding was very good

Common Loon, 2 Horned Grebes, 11 Lesser Scaup, Killdeer, Spotted Sandpiper,
Caspian Tern, 2 Belted Kingfishers, 3 Red-belied Woodpeckers and possible 4, 13
Yellow-bellied Sapsu
