This morning at 09:50 heading NW on Wellington road 8 towards Wellington road 12 I saw a Snowy Owl on the east side of the road on a telephone pole. It was about a kilometre SE of the roundabout on Wellington road 8. Figured it's a pretty rare bird this time of year. Brad Bloemendal _

Hello All, A female Snowy Owl was found by myself and a couple other friends at 12:30 PM on January 10, 2012 on the Mara/Carden boundary line. The bird was sitting originally on the east side of the road just north of the quarry. It was almost too far for the naked eye, but with binoculars or a
