[Ontbirds] Neotropic Cormorant - Lynde Shores CA

My TOC group and I just came across the Neotropic Cormorant at the same location it was previously seen this fall off of the west side of cranberry marsh from the viewing platform. Park in the paid parking lot off of Bayly and walk a km down the road until you get to the viewing platform.
