My TOC group and I just came across the Neotropic Cormorant at the same
location it was previously seen this fall off of the west side of cranberry
marsh from the viewing platform.
Park in the paid parking lot off of Bayly and walk a km down the road until you
get to the viewing platform.
The bird is being viewed now sleeping on a green buoy on the American side.
I'm parked at the end of Bowen Rd in Fort Erie.

Just checked the flooded field where the male Ruff was previously reported and
it is not here. There are very few shorebirds here as compared to yesterday.
