Earlier this evening 4 Common Nighthawks hunting over the ball diamond in Glen
Williams. Just by the Credit River. From 7:30 until 8:30 they were still there.
Directions: In Georgetown take Mountainview Rd. north which then becomes
Confederation St. In Glen Williams. Turn right at Preston’s Stor
Just had what I believe is a Grey-cheeked Thrush in my backyard. Photos posted
on eBird. Been around for 2 days now, but first time I had a reasonable look
and a chance to photograph it.

yard, presumably the same bird seen here a couple of days ago.

Just had an Evening Grosbeak at my feeder. Stayed around for a good 10 minutes
after I spotted it, then flew into the nearby spruce tree in my yard.

I spent from approx. 11am until 2:30pm, with a short break for lunch during a
rain shower, no Scissor-tailed Flycatcher present. Initially many birders
looking, towards the end, I was almost alone.
