Great Horned Owl - Bridgeport (Waterloo), ON Over the past month I've had a Great Horned Owl show up numerous times in the Norway Spruce behind my house in Bridgeport, ON. You can usually hear him between 10pm and 1am in the morning 'hooting' away. It is possible he is the same great horned owl that roosts in nearby Bechtel Park. Since this is the beginning of breeding season for Great Horned Owls and he may be trying to nest I have left out specifics of location.
Bridgeport: Take Conestoga Pkwy (85) North to Bridgeport Rd. exit. Take Bridgeport Rd. east to Lancaster and turn L.
