I have a Killdeer at the east pond now. It has circled me twice, calling
regularly. Appears to have come the west pond.
What is going on in the Coves?
Take cove road to its western terminus rom wharncliffe road and park at the
German Club.

Our group just found an Eastern Phoebe in the same spot as the warblers are.
Along the west pond. It's giving single call notes regularly.

I currently have 3 OCWA foraging actively in a canada goldenrod patch along the
west pond of the Coves, in London. This spot is locally known as the orchard.
I'm not sure which birds are continuing or if one is a new discovery.One is
markedly brighter than the others. I did manage some poor vid
Right now. 8th Road East, between Green Mtn Rd and Ridge. East side in flooded
field mixed with 60 Canadas. At a distance but binos will do.
You can take the the Lincoln Alexander Parkway eastbound and get off at Mud st.
Take Mud east to 8th, turn and drive N on 8th until you arrive.

Lisa Teskey and I just found a white morph Snow Goose on Grimsby MountainIts in
a flooded field on the east side of Mountain Road between Kemp Road and Elm
Tree Road. Now it has flown directly behind Fore Family Golf and is still

Stil present now north of Burlington lift bridge. Taking regular flights. Just
letting folks know that it appears to be stable in the vicinity. Do i live near
the atlantic, or lake ontario? Hard to tell.

I just relocated a Mountain Bluebird on Snyder Flat Rd in Bloomingdale. Many
obs now.Its on the left hand side near the dead end between the last two
parking lots. This is NW of Waterloo and can be accessed by Sawmill Road.

It's time once again for our annual Hamilton and HSA(Hamilton Study Area) trip.

Kens Pacific Loon just flew over park orientation coming from the lake and
headed SOUTH again over the marsh. An immature type Common Loon is visible on
the lake from Park Orientation also.

May the 4th be with you, birders.
This morning I located a distant Dowitcher at the back of a flooded field on
5th Road East, in Saltfleet. It was unidentifiable to species.
Cheryl Edgecombe later followed up on my report, and located 3 Dowitchers that
were thankfully much closer for viewing. Man
If anyone observes the Ruff today, Monday the 24th, could you please advise
here on Ontbirds please?

I think it can perhaps bring back childhood memories for some folks. Having
maybe seen this species in the HSA while in diapers at a both young and old
