Today between 10:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., there were 7 Sabine's Gulls out on
the water near the yellow wave tower, 2 Long-tailed Jaegers and 2 Parasitic
Jaegers (1 of them coming right up the beach).    The Sabine's Gulls took
off about 12:00 p.m. but jaegers continue to be seen as of 2:15 p.m. and I'm
sure there are more to come.  Winds are extremely favourable for these birds
today so if you can zip down it would be worth it!!!

Directions; From the QEW (Burlington way),Take the QEW towards Niagara,
going over the skyway, or Eastport drive (lower level) exit at the Woodward
exit, turn right (towards the lake) at Woodward and go under the QEW and
coming to stop lights at Beach Blvd.
If you were on Eastport Drive,(heading east from Burlington) you will turn
left at the lights at Woodward.
Turn right at the Beach Blvd lights, and head east along the beach until you
almost get to the Famous Hutch's fish & chip outlet. Park in the lot just
before you get to Hutch's.
