This is a late post for Scott Janex of Michigan.

I just recieved a call from Scott Janex, and he has reported to have seen
the Western Greeb and the Pacific Loon at 50 Point yesterday (Sunday,
November 14th.) around 1pm.

As well he has also reported the Black-necked Stilt and Hudsonian Godwit at
the Ridgetown sewage lagoons at 7:10am (Nov. 14th.)

As a side note, I was informed that some viewers of the Black-necked Stilt
photos (see www.stevepike.com , RARITIES link) were not loading up on slower
56k and 128k dial-up connections. I have now fixed this technical problem
and the photos are available for all.

color quality.

Cheers, Steve Pike.

Directions to Fifty Point C.A....

Take QEW Niagara to Fifty Road. Head toward the lake and take the North
Service Road around to the first road which
branches off left (sorry forgot the name). There is a sign here pointing to
the Conservation Area. Enter the Fifty
Point C.A. (there is a $5.00 charge) and follow signs to the marina or go
to viewing points out on the east side of the
park. You may also park at the end of Kelson Road and walk down to the
beach. The bird has been seen between the marina and the DND property about
150 m out. Be patient, sometimes it disappears.

Directions to Ridgetown sewage lagoons...

Ridgetown is a few miles N/E of Rondeau P.P. At the only traffic light in
Ridgetown, turn North on Erie St.----go about 10 short blocks---just before
the Railroad tracks and the large Fertilizer plant turn left on Mitton Line.
The lagoons are just a bit down the road-----you will see the viewing
stand. YOU CAN NOT ENTER these lagoons. Viewing is good from the stand.
