I had the opportunity to bird in and around Port Stanley this morning and was
pleasantly surprised to hear a tufted titmouse, red-winged blackbird and an
eastern bluebird singing.  The tufted titmouse was on Lake Line just west of
Carlow Rd opposite the union gas facility (gated something or other).  Th
red-winged blackbird was singing in a mature sugar maple roughly 3/4 km east of
the intersection with Boxall Road.  Finally, the Eastern bluebird was singing
from another mature sugar maple at the corner of Scotch Line and Coon Road.

Port Stanley is located about 13km south of St. Thomas.  Enter town via Sunset
Road and turn right (west) onto Lake Line.  Scotch Line can be accessed off
Lake Line or Boxall Road.
