On Thursday, May 4, afternoon, I saw what appeared to be a Warbling Vireo in the middle of Thickson's Woods. But it had a wing bar, albeit rather thin. This along with faint spectacles and eye-line suggested a Bell's Vireo. I did not notice any tail pumping.
Thickson's is at the south end of Thickson Rd. in southeast Whitby, just north of the lakefront.
