[Ontbirds] Eared Grebe, Colonel Samuel Smith Park, Toronto

[Ontbirds] Eared Grebe, Colonel Samuel Smith Park, Toronto Apr. 26

At around 5 pm today while unsuccessfully trying to refind the Western Grebe we discovered a breeding plumage Eared Grebe. It was at foot of 23rd St. which is at the western limit of Colonel Samuel Smith Park. It was associating with Horned Grebes and when first seen was very close to shore.
