Looking at the male bird now. Walk south on main road to the lookout over the wetland, then go a few steps further south on main road, turn right toward the next lookout, and look west from there. Bird is preening. Many other ducks in this bay.
TTP is at the foot of Leslie St in Toronto. Leslie street is under construction today so you have to drive in from the west along Unwin Street. Good birding.
