Tommy Thompson park. I was leaving for a trip but figured I could check at 
first light for the reported bird from yesterday. 

Still present this morning. When I left at approx 745 it was at the far south 
end of marina channel. In open water with a large group of 500+ ducks. Near the 
boat mast (or whatever it is maybe a light for the channel). Bins or scope 
needed based on current position. Patience helps too. When I was there it was 
favouring the centre right of the flock at the back of the open water. 

TTP is at foot of Leslie street. Walk 15 minutes or so south. Harbour channel 
is on west side.
