Weather:
Unable to make up its mind, the sky was an intermingling, ever-shifting
cauldron of puffy grey and clear blue. The wind was as inconsistent, light
and variable throughout.

Raptor Observations:
Not much was interested in moving today. Sharp-shinned Hawks steadily
wandered past but other species were unable to muster much interest in
migrating. Of note, Red-shouldered Hawk returned to the count sheet for the
first time since early September.

Non-raptor Observations:
Blue Jay (4500+), Horned Lark (4), American Goldfinch (60+), House Finch
(12), Cape May Warbler (3), Yellow-rumped Warbler (1), Pied-billed Grebe
(2)

Predictions:
Partly cloudy with early fog and moderate southeast wind.
