Observation start time: 09:00:00
Observation end time: 15:00:00
Total observation time: 6 hours

Official Counter: Sean Jenniskens

Observers:

Weather:
Winds started out in the east but soon switched to southeast, and
eventually south.

Raptor Observations:
A surprising flight of Red-shoulders today, with 32 - almost all were
adults. Nearly half of the raptors today migrated between 10:20-10:40am;
well over half if you exclude Turkey Vultures. They were noticeably getting
further out to the north as the morning progressed, and eventually there
were some counted that weren't even visible in binoculars. Though there may
have been more bird migrating too far north to see, only one raptor was
counted after 12:30pm.

Non-raptor Observations:
A bit of songbird migrating in the morning. 322 Horned Larks were counted,
along with 17 Eastern Bluebirds, 172 American Robins, 62 Cedar Waxwings,
and 188 American Goldfinches. Full eBird checklist can be found here:

Predictions:
South winds and lots of rain.
