An early morning walk around Lake Victoria produced a single Horned Grebe. Also on the lake were 2 Hooded Merganser and several Bufflehead among the larger numbers of Mallard, blacks and Canada Geese. Steve Thorpe Stratford Lake Victoria is a widening of the Avon River in central Stratford. From Ontario Street (Hwy 7/8) take Waterloo north to Lakeside Drive and turn right.
