Hi Ont Birders; On October 3 the Bruce Birding Club led by Fred Jazvac found and had good looks at a Marbled Godwit at Miramichi Bay. Other birds seen at the bay were Semi-palm and Black-bellied Plovers, Lesser and Greater Yellowlegs, Pectoral Sandpipers, several ducks including White-winged Scoter and a couple gull species and a Bald Eagle. In total for the day the club saw 65 species at numerous sites in the Southampton area.
