Thanks to Mark Field and Walter Fisher for reposting the Neotropical Cormorant. It was on the Toronto breakwater wall at the foot of Windermere Ave when we arrived (from Kingston) at 10.20 am. It was obviously smaller and was the most westerly of the cormorants on that part of the wall. It provided great scope views whenever it lifted its head. When a kayak went close by it flew out of sight close behind the wall, but came back up to sit there again within 40 minutes.
