Hi Everyone

The juvenile Parasitic Jaeger is still present along the south shore of Lake
Deschenes along the Ottawa River. Since its first observation on September 13,
it has been spending most of the time between resting on the water or chasing
unsuspecting Ring-billed Gulls. This afternoon and most of yesterday it
followed the a similar schedule. Also along the shoreline between Dick Bell
Park and Britannia Pier at least 4 Nelson’s Sparrows have been observed since
yesterday morning.

Good birding,

Bruce

Directions: Andrew Haydon Park is located off Carling Ave. There are two
entrances and the jaeger is best observed from the entrance east of Holly Acres
Road.
