There were a few people out in moderately heavy rain, but the bird was not 
seen. (There was a Great Egret, though.)

There is lots of excellent habitat between Bridgestone Dr. and Hope Side Road 
-- ‎stormwater ponds and channels -- so the area is worth exploring later today.

Directions: Hwy. 417 west to Exit 138 (Eagleson/March Road); south on Eagleson 
about 6 km. Suitable habitat begins at Bridgestone (on your left off Eagleson) 
and continues to Hope Side Road (also on your left). Best parking is on 
Bridgestone or Emerald Meadows.
