This morning between 8:30 and 10am, several small flocks of WHITE-WINGED 
CROSSBILLS were flying over the boardwalk at Mer Bleue.  Along the Dewberry 
Trail off Dolman Ridge Road, another flock of WHITE-WINGED CROSSBILLS flew 
over, and about a dozen PINE SISKINS were feeding high on the spruce trees 
along the trail.

DIRECTIONS: From the 417, exit at Anderson Road and head north towards Russell 
Road. Continue on Anderson, turning right onto Ridge Road. The parking lot for 
the Mer Bleue Bog is at the end of Ridge Road.  From Mer Bleue, return to 
Anderson Road and go right.  Make another right onto Dolman Ridge Road, and the 
entrance to the Dewberry Trail is at the end of the road by the gate.
