For those keeping a winter list, at 1:30 pm today I observed a Pied billed Grebe in Bowmanville harbour. Off the 401 take Liberty St Exit. Immediately south of the 401, turn east onto Lake St. and then after about 500 metres turn right, or south onto Port Darlington Rd. Continue south to the first curve in the road, where you are at the south end of a condo building on the right side of the road.
