Birders,

The Piping Plover reported earlier at Nonquon Lagoons by Dave Milsom, is
still present on the north east rock jetty in the 1st lagoon.
In the south west corner, we discovered a Red-necked Phalarope. Both were
photographed. The plover appears to have orange and green bands.

The lagoons are in port Perry. 401 Oshawa take simcoe and go north to port
Perry. Travel east on 8 at the north end of town and lagoons are on your
left. Permit required.
