We saw two Rough-legged Hawks west of Ottawa this afternoon along March Valley Road. One of the Rough-legged Hawks was harassed several times by a Cooper's Hawk. One of the birds appeared to be a Juvenile dark morph as shown in the photograph at this link: https://sites.google.com/a/ontariobi
