Hello,

The Greater White-fronted Goose reported by Jacques Bouvier yesterday was still at the Alfred sewage lagoons this noon hour. It was in among a large flock (hundreds) of Canada Geese. These birds are indeed skittish as Jacques reported. We went up to the first level of the viewing platform and within minutes the geese were gone. They returned half an hour later at which time we were standing on the very first step of the tower (with excellent sight lines). Of the other species mentioned by Jacques we got only Mallards, Black Ducks and the one American Coot.
