Dear ONTBirders, The Kingston Field Naturalists owns a private nature reserve on the east end of Amherst Island. Because of liability issues our insurance requires us to close the reserve to non members or have them be accompanied by a member. Many postings to ONTBIRDS are made about sightings on the reserve and these give the impression that the reserve is open to the public. Therefore, the KFN requests that the following reminder be attached to all postings you make of bird sightings on our reserve:

I wrote that our count circle is "a 50 km radius from the Peace Tower".
