Hello ONTBirds,

The NORTHERN HAWK-OWL in Gatineau is still around at its preferred location,
despite the recent snowfall. I observed it from 10:45-11:30 this morning,
perched on the tall tree closest to the adjacent property on Boulevard
Hurtubise.

Good birding!

Pat

DIRECTIONS: Take Hwy 50 and exit at Maloney Boulevard. Follow Maloney Boulevard
and turn right on Chamberlain. Turn left on Notre Dame and then right on
Campeau. At the river, turn left onto Hurtubise and continue until you see the
2 red barns on the left. The owl was perched on the tall tree closest to the
neighbouring house.

PLEASE NOTE: although Blvd. Hurtubise has been plowed, please be conscious of
where you park so as not to disrupt traffic - this is a residential
neighbourhood.
