Peter Hogenbirk saw 2 short-eared owls at Bloor and Townline Rd in Oshawa this morning ... I missed them literally by seconds ... later we saw a long-eared owl near Oshawa's Second Marsh and had 6 great blue herons in the a small outlet area in Second Marsh.
