scale on many nodes on AWS/GCE, but am looking to optimize the ROI by
selecting categories of experiments that benefit from a more controlled
environment, rather than be invalidated by its divergence/s from livenet.

I wanted to clarify that this goal is for AFTER the next release in case
that didn't come across. The point is just to ascertain interest and
start thinking ahead. VersionBits can be fully ready to go well before
then and is well underway.
