To be fair, if I have a transaction
ZmnSCPxj already observed in [1] that these ops would enable introspection of
any field of the transactions and make both `OP_CHECKLOCKTIMEVERIFY` and
`OP_CHECKSEQUENCEVERIFY` superfluous.
