java.lang.ClassNotFoundException

[Dolf]

I'm running into this error when running the forwarding example 
https://github.com/bitcoinj/bitcoinj/blob/master/examples/src/main/java/org/bitcoinj/examples/ForwardingService.java

Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: 
org.bitcoinj.core.NetworkParameters
        at java.net.URLClassLoader.findClass(Unknown Source) ~[?:1.8.0_251]

I am using maven to import the dependency, heres my pom.xml

Does anyone have any solutions to this?
