Hi All, I was catching up on some blogs and noticed an article stating that CRTC Decision 2003-85 mandates that customers can cancel an auto-renewed contract within 60 days either before or after the renewal date.
120 days isn't a huge window but some relief is better than none. This is slightly off-topic to Asterisk but it's come up on the list before and we all know people who've been burned.
