Andrew: To a certain degree this has been by design. We have a policy of not trying to compete with our customers, which as I am sure you can imagine is difficult when you offer both wholesale and retail services. Few have been successful at offering wholesale and retail services without stepping on their customers toes. Others who I can think of that have been successful at it are Unlimitel and Voice Network. There are some others (who shall remain nameless) who I think have done an absolutely horrible job at it. Admittedly we need to do a little bit of work on our website, and that will come soon.
Anyways, as to the question at hand, you are looking for a specific DID number. As Phil mentioned, we recently received allocation of one of the last remaining 416 blocks. For the most part, most numbers are still available. Let me know what number you are looking for and I will see if it is available. We don't charge any extra for this service.
